Ballymaloe Mint Jelly has a subtle mix of sweetness, tart and of course fresh mint, which goes a long way to bringing out the flavor of lamb, and is great with pork too. Apple juice and white wine vinegar complement the mint and bring a Ballymaloe twist to this classic. Ballymaloe Mint Sauce is virtually fat free and has no artificial additives. Additional uses may include: as a flavor enhancer for ice teas, punch, sauces, salad dressings, gravies, glazes and salsas. Made in Ireland.
Storage: Once opened, store in a cool place and use within six months.

Great for marinating Lamb. Thank you for making this available to US consumer. I have tried several other mint sauces but only this delivers the results I am looking for with recipes.
