A traditional wholegrain mustard combining honey and vinegar to create a product suitable for every occasion. For a shiny glazed ham, try glazing a cooked ham with a combination of mustard coated with dark brown sugar baked in the oven until golden.
Hand-made in Donegal, in small batches, according to traditional farmhouse methods.
Ingredients: Water, BROWN MUSTARD SEEDS (25%), White Wine Vinegar, Honey, Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt

We were sent some of this hand-made mustard as part of an Irish foods set as a Christmas gift. Just used some to make Honey Mustard Chicken, and oh my, was it GOOD! This mustard is very tasty, so much so that I want more!
