Flahavan’s has been milling quality oats for over 200 years at the family mill beside the River Mahon, at Kilmacthomas Co. Waterford. Carefully selected pure whole grain organic oats are milled in an environmentally-friendly manner. This organic oats pack is easily recyclable and the outer shell of the oat is used to generate steam for the cooking process. Water from the original millstream is used to generate electricity to power the mill. Can be prepared on the stove or in the microwave. Oats are naturally low in sugar, salt and saturated fat, and high in fiber. Organic oats are among the healthiest of cereals.
