Folláin Rhubarb and Ginger Jam
$6.35
Our Rhubarb and Ginger Jam stays true to the glorious texture of stewed rhubarb. It’s thick, unctuous and tart with an added element of oomph brought by the fiery ginger.
At Folláin we embrace what nature has to offer and combine our passion for taste and flavor, to create recipes that inspire. Sometimes this inspiration is borne of tradition, reviving the taste of the past with recipes that delight. Each pot is a little masterpiece of perfected recipes. Great Taste Award Winner!

Folláin Rhubarb & Ginger Jam is absolutely delicious! 🍓✨
The sweet-tart rhubarb and warm ginger pair surprisingly well with a savory everything bagel.

I happened across this at an Irish Festival in Wake Forest NC. I thought the ginger would over-power the rhubarb, but I love this flavor more than any strawberry-rhubarb I have ever had. It is getting difficult to find it anywhere (even online). I eat it on plain crackers as well as toast. It’s rich but not sweet. It spreads well with minute fruit chunks.
