I hesitate to say this jam is good because others might try it and I would have to compete for jars.
It is good.
It is very good.
It is addictively good.
Excellent strawberry jam enlivened by the addition of a tingle of Prosecco.
Great on morning toast, scone, or melty cheese and crackers.
Seriously, this is the BEST jam I have ever tasted.
