The ingredient list is refreshingly short — certified organic Irish oats, real Irish butter, unbleached wheat flour, muscovado sugar, and a pinch of sea salt. Nothing artificial, nothing unnecessary.

I ordered these just to have for a treat with a cup of tea, it gets very warm in South Carolina and I really will not want to bake at all soon, so I thought I would give these a try, I should have hidden them. My husband found them. I ate a couple, then went back to get on a couple of weeks later only to find 2 left, I guess the pixies got them. I didn’t say a word, on that I suppose I would order more!
