Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however if you would like information on returning an item, please refer to our policy below for conditions and instructions.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

• All items must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, original packaging. Please ensure you return the item within 10 days of receipt date.
• Shipping charges on the original order are nonrefundable.
• Any items that are bought on sale are non refundable.
• Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. This code should then be included with the returned item.

We recommend using a reliable insured carrier to return the item.
